Corporate debt is staggeringly high. Is it confidence or the realization that borrowing rates will continue to rise so they’re eager to lock in inexpensive money while they still can?  Either way, overextended borrowing never lasts.  I’m still of the opinion that 2019 will be a really bad market year and inflation will stress consumers.
