Quick update on my M1 Passive Income Account…

Today, I made a few minor changes to my positions and organized my M1 pies.  It’s not very intuitive, but you can make many pies and then add them to your portfolio pie as slices.  It’s a good idea to do so if you’re going to invest in a large number of positions.  I recommend organizing them (slices) by category like “real estate” or “energy.”  It’s up to you, but this makes sense for me so I can reallocate funds based on sector strength, etc.

Tomorrow, M1 will fund each slice and the assets within each.

Current positions:

Real Estate: O and STOR

Energy: HASI and XOM [highlight_sc bg_color=#21c2f8 text_color=#ffffff border_color=](New)[/highlight_sc] I added XOM based on the strong dividend, dividend growth, and stock price pullback to previous support.

Healthcare: CAH and ABBV

Finance: OZK
